Haverdale® branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for all coats purchased directly from Haverdale.com. Garments purchased from other sources are typically closeouts and are not covered by this Haverdale warranty. If your product that is covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, Haverdale will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear. Products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for one year from the date of purchase.

All shipping to Haverdale for warranty evaluation must be pre-paid and insured. Haverdale® will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean.
This warranty is only available in the United States.
Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty? Haverdale® offers a one-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
How do I send my product in for repair? If you’re having problems with your Haverdale product please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details and questions regarding your concerns.
Will my product be repaired or replaced? If your warranted product fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it with the same or a similar item.
What is the typical warranty repair turn time? Our typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you. In some cases, we can get it back to you sooner.
Who pays for shipping? The customer pays the shipping charges to send products to the Warranty Department. Haverdale® will absorb the return shipping charges using regular mail. Shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner’s expense.
